Join us for Connor’s Kure for Krabbe, a heartfelt fundraising dinner event held at the stunning Coeur d’Alene Resort overlooking the crystal waters of Lake Coeur d’Alene in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This special evening is dedicated to honoring the life of Connor, a brave little boy who courageously fought Krabbe disease before sadly losing his battle. Though Connor’s time was short, his impact continues to inspire a mission of hope, healing, and the urgent pursuit of a cure.
Guests will enjoy an elegant dinner and auction in a beautiful lakeside setting, surrounded by community, compassion, and purpose. Proceeds from the evening will go directly toward research, treatment development, and support for families affected by this rare and devastating disease. About Connor
Connor was diagnosed with Krabbe disease, a rare, genetic, neurological disorder. After 8 months of fighting, Connor passed away on February 8 , 2025, leaving behind a legacy of strength, love, and inspiration that touched everyone who knew him.
In honor of Connor’s memory and to help change the future for other families facing this diagnosis, the Wavricks are joining forces with KrabbeConnect, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bridging science and patient knowledge to improve care and find a cure for Krabbe disease.
Wavrick and KrabbeConnect are seeking support from local businesses in the form of sponsorships or donated items for the auction. All proceeds raised benefit the mission of KrabbeConnect (EIN: 82-2864680)
